If it does not work
PDF not being created?
- Add fewer photos at a time. Make a few PDFs and join them with "Merge PDF".
- For iPhone photos (HEIC), open in Safari or save as JPG from the Photos app first.
- If it still fails, set the correction to "Original".
FAQ
How do the correction modes differ?
"Sharpen" keeps colors while whitening the paper and darkening the text. "B&W scan" keeps only text and background, like a copier, and makes the smallest files. For documents with photos or stamps, "Sharpen" or "Gray" is safer.
Which paper and margin should I choose?
For submissions, the defaults of A4 with no margin are fine. A landscape photo becomes a landscape A4 page. "Same as photo" is for things like screen captures that do not need a paper size.
The file is too large / the text is blurry.
"Standard" resolution uses a long side of 1600px, which is usually around 300KB per A4 page. If the text is small, switch to "High" (2480px); if size matters, choose "B&W scan".
Does it straighten tilted photos?
Not yet. Crop and straighten the document in your photo app first for a clean result. Photo metadata (location, device) is not included in the PDF.
About this tool
A tool that whitens the paper and sharpens the text in photos of documents, then puts several of them in order into one A4 PDF. Neither the photos nor the result are sent to a server or stored. Everything is processed on this device.
